Bajiya Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
- Moong Daal ½ Cup
- Hari Moong Daal ½ Cup
- Masoor Daal ½ Cup
- Chana Daal ½ Cup
- Mash Daal ½ Cup
- Salt to taste
- Zeera 1 Teaspoon
- Kuti hui Lal Mirch 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Dhania 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Baking Soda ½ Teaspoon
- Onion 1 Large
- Green Chili 4 Finely Chopped
- Dhania ½ Bunch

Chatni:
- Imli Paste ¼ Cup
- Chaat Masala ½ Teaspoon
- Cheeni 1 Teaspoon
- Water ¼ Cup

Bananay ka tareeka:
- Sab se pehle sb daalo ko pani se achi tarah dho lain or pani me raat ko bhigo den. kam se kam 5-6 ghantay bhigona zaroori hai.
- Banate wakt paani nikal den aur saari daalo ko grind karlain. hasbe zarorat pani shamil karen aur ek bowl main nikaal len.
- Chopper main pyaz, hara dhania aur hari mirch ko 10-15 second chop karain aur daal kea meze main shamil karlen.
- Ab namak, zeera, baking soda, kuti lal mirch, kuta hua dhania shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen.
- Frying pan me oil ko garam karain k video main diye gaye shape main fry karlen.

Imli ki chatni:
Aik bowl mai imli ka paste, chaat masala, cheeni or pani shamil kr k achi tara se mix krlain.

Bajiya Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
- Split green lentil lentil ½ Cup
- yellow lentil ½ Cup
- Red lentil ½ Cup
- White Lentil ½ Cup
- Split gram lentil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Cumin 1 Teaspoon
- Crushed Red Chili 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Crushed Coriander 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Baking Soda ½ Teaspoon
- Onion 1
- Green Chili 4 Finely Chopped
- Coriander ½ Bunch

Chatni
- Tamarind paste ¼ Cup
- Chaat Masala ½ Teaspoon
- Sugar 1 Teaspoon
- Water ¼ Cup

Directions:
- Wash all the lentils and soak them in water overnight or minimum 5-6 hours.
- Drain water from soaked lentils and grind them to a coarse mixture. Add water to bring the desired consistency and take out in a bowl.
- In a chopper, add onion, coriander and green chilies and chop for 10-15 seconds. Add to lentils mixture.
- Add all the spices and mix well.
- In a frying pan heat oil and make dumplings and deep fry.

Tamarind sauce:
- Soak imli in water for 20 minutes, take out stones and add sugar, chaat masala and mix well.
